Transcribed to generate appreciation for an outstanding guitar part.
Style of a tweaked REM progression.  Odd time signature-- beautiful 
transition into the song (when the band kicks in, during the 1st and
2nd verse). During the break, use (Part H) as a guide, but best to make
up your own or just take a smoke break, since there's all kinds of
guitar/synth going on at that point.  It should be noted that this
